This is a maintenance job for my 86 year old uncle. His house needs the timber trims and window frames looked at, repaired possibly and painted, particularly on the north side. How much he gets done depends on the cost as he is not well off, and it has been quite a few years since anything has been done. I look after his bills and try and organise things from Nelson, but can come down when needed.
