Painting of Chimney Area on 2 Storey House

Hi. We have moved into this house and have a couple of maintenance issues we'd love some help with. 1)We have some corrosion around the chimney cap. We would like this treated and painted please. Also 2)here is some corrosion visible in the fixings of the garage door reveals. Pretty sure we have the matching paint or at least colour name...will confirm. We also have a 3 week deadline please. I have included photos of our roof profile to advise of how to best access the chimney. Thanks everyone.
