Gable Fascia maintenance

Fascia boards on gable ends require sanding, sealing, repainting as per photos, Roof cladding on gable fascias probably needs a repaint or some sealant, open to advice on this. An area of rotted fasica requires replacing as per photos, approx 1.0m length Unsure last time this maintenance was done (if ever) as we are new owners. Hoping to get this done over christmas/new years. Will need to bring own appropriate ladder for access. Cheers
