Bathroom is approx 2600mm by 2200 mm with a wall height of 2550mm. Approx 18 or 20 square meters of wall and 5 or 6 square meters of ceiling. Walls in reasonably good condition but a little bit of plastering patchup required in one small section. Ceiling is pealing, so will need stripping back and cleaning up. Also window frame needs a touch up.
