Waterblast / paint soffits, Fill / paint some window frames
Job description
I have a rental unit in Papanui that needs some exterior maintenance please. The soffits are flaking and some of the window frames on the exposed south west facing wall need filling and repainting too. Could you please quote for waterblasting + painting of the soffits and filling +repainting of window frames on the southwest facing wall of the house only. (the north and west are OK). See images. Thanks.

I needed soffits and some window frames patched and repainted. Homefix were excellent throughout: communicating on weather delays and arranging with the tenant in particular. Their price was competitive and the work quality looks great. I live overseas so it's great to have found Shane and Samantha's maintenance company. I highly recommend and will certainly use their services again.
