Lounge, 3x bedrooms + small hallway need a good sand, with touch up plastering where needed, then a paint job. The doors need a similar approach (there are 9 internal doors, 2 external doors). I will purchase and supply the paint. Am in a bit of a rush, so it would be great to have someone start within the next few days, if possible. I am on a tight budget but do still need a good job done of course! Room sizes: Lounge - 3.75m x 4.85m Bedroom 1 - 3.85m x 3.17m Bedroom 2 - 4.32m x 2.07m, with an extra area of 1.73m x 0.71m Bedroom 3 - 3.64m x 2.09m Hallway - 3.67m x 1.19m, with an extra area of 0.46m x 0.89m
