We have a rental on Grahams Road and we need the large boundary fence, front deck, and smaller back deck painted. I don’t have updated photos, but the fence and decks have been water blasted so are very near ready to paint. The front deck might need sanding prior, and the front deck I think needs re-staining rather than painting. The fence (inside and out) and smaller deck we want to paint black please.
