Painting over signage - small amount of carpentry req

So basically, generally speaking the corner site needs to be painted to blend in with the rest of the building (adjacent on Boston Road). Painting over the old top signage. This actually needs trimming, as the old signage facade currently protrudes above the actual building roof level. You can see I've marked a rough red line, where the signage needs to be cut back down to - so that the roofline is in keeping with the rest of the building. I also want the two lowest panes of glass painted with the same finish - the first (lowest) pane, because it looks through to grotty substructure, and the 2nd pane because it looks through to desks, feet, etc. This will mean just the top 3 window panes of each set of panels (4 panels of glass in total) will remain - the lower two panes will effectively just look like building cladding, once painted. The 4 large Sup2 signs currently in place between the window panels are to be painted over - again, I'm just not confident the building cladding underneath is any better than the painted over signage would be. Particularly given likely further damage from taking the signage off (its pretty heavy duty). Better just to paint over it - a nice flat surface. Both aircon units (old and new) have been removed since this photo. Would also be keen to have the lighting pole painted the building colour also, so as to blend in (as also the electrical box outside - although fortunately this is actually already a similar colour). I.e. the same dark muted green - I can supply the paint with the exact colour. This includes the rock wall underneath (spray gun I suggest). Best access is to get up on the roof and lean over as we have done in the past, relatively easy to get on the roof and can secure yourself to the roof. We will be on site to assist with any queries.
