Paint and tidy

This job requires two separate quotes: 1. Paint the entire exterior top floor (being 2 x 2 bed units) brown cedar and all joinery. (NOT including barge board under gutters, eaves or handrails). 2. Paint the downstairs brick and tile (being 2 x 2 bed units) all wooden door and window joinery. Notes: The flashing above all windows are metal and some have some rust showing in small places, they must be sanded and prepped with metallic rust-proof undercoat before painting in good quality top coat paint. The upstairs 'rear' vertical cedar will need a portable scaffold for access and you can plank off this to the much higher garden.
