Bedroom wall fix up

I wonder if I could ask you to give me a written quote on a job. We've had some tenants whose kid drew on a bedroom wall. They tried to clean the drawing off and broke through the surface layer of paint, plus the red lines of the drawing can still be seen - although faintly enough that hopefully just one or two coats should cover it. Before going any further I need to give them a dollar figure to settle the damage. Would you be able to quote on that please? The wall is 2.8m wide by 3.3m high.
