Job description
1940's single level bungalow on level ground. Windows and doors repaint. There are a dozen or more windows and two doors as seen in the photos. Some repairs and rotten wood replaced have been done a year ago.

Ting was excellent at communicating with me and it was important because I was remote from the work being done. He updated the job with photos as the work progressed. He allowed time for decisions to be made as new developments arose. He was considerate to the tenants and worked in with their timetables. I believe I got value for money and would recommend him for painting projects.
