Two bedrooms, a foyer, a lounge and a funerall

This is an estate house we are preparing for sale, and which needs a fresh lick of paint. There are two bedrooms upstairs a small landing, a very small hall and possibly the lounge. Downstairs is a foyer area outside the bathroom and loo. It is painting over dated wallpaper. Paint colour is a light "half black white" (I think). This job would suit some who is semi retired and only wants to work 2 to 3 days a week, working gentleman s hours, and chip away at it at your your own pace over two to three weeks. Or a rainy day job. At a leisurely pace approx 40 hours.
