Remove painted wallpaper from dining, lounge, hallway. 2 bedrooms, study, and stairwell that was hung in 1972, and painted over 21 years ago. Ensure surface is prepared for sealing and painting. with cracks and dents filled. If possible work with the painter to prepare the non wallpapered areas of kitchen, ensuite bathroom, toilet, the small living space and bedroom downstairs, and ceilings throughout, including the small cupboard laundry downstairs. The downstairs area was painted in 2012.
