Rental property old window frames
Job description
1 & 2/49 Waimauku Station Road, Waimauku, NW Auckland. All paint is one colour of white. Old rental duplex, both small and 2 bedrooms, one unit empty and is 101 sq m. The window frames are in a poor state. I'd like the inside frames and sills painting and most/all catches replacing, the old screw holes bogging. There are 13 opening windows and the lounge double door fittings need replacing. Additionally, there is one drawer in the kitchen I'd like permanently closed and the block of 5 drawers painted. The hot water tank leaked. It's now dry and fixed but the bottom drawer looks unsightly and doesn't open.
