Wanted: Interior painter for Aura central Auckland apartment - starting 19 June
Job description
Hello – I would like to get the interior of my Auckland inner city apartment painted. The apartment is 49m2 and is located in the Aura Building, which is at 52-59 Cook Street. I will need the job started on Friday the 19th of June 2015 and completed early the following week. The wall surfaces to be painted are about 100m2. The ceiling to be painted is 49m2. There are 3 doors that need to be painted on both sides. And the entrance door needs to be painted on just the inner side. There is about 15m of window frames that need painting. The apartment’s walls and doors are currently painted with Resene Tea. I want to change this to Resene Spring Wood. The ceiling is white and I wish to keep it as white. I wish the finish to be low sheen. The apartment is carpeted and the carpets will need protecting. The walls are in good condition but will need the normal wash down and minor pre-work ahead of the paint painting. Can you please provide a quote for this job and advise on what experience you have with this type of work. Cheers, Chanelle

John did a fantastic job painting my apartment and was very easy to communicate with. I would recommend him to anyone else wanting to paint their apartment; and I may use him again if in the future I have another apartment to paint.
