Water damage

Lounge area approximately 5.5 x 5m with light black discolouration along both sides of the 5.5 sections for about 300ml in a couple of spots. High ceilings in old house that appear to have been replaced with gyprock plasterboard in the past. No signs of sagging. Gyprock plasterboard seams have all cracked and requires repair then re flushing . Small area around central light fitting requires re flushing
