Painting inside bathroom

I'm getting bathroom retiled and freshened up, and need someone to do a fresh repaint (ceiling and walls) to complete the job. To minimise disruption for the tenants, I'm looking for someone who is able to complete this job as soon as the tiler is finished (so starting hopefully 29th Sept, maybe 2nd Oct at latest). I'd like a brighter white (?black white) than the current warm white/cream (think its dutch white?). 3x3m bathroom, but 1.5 wall is tiled. Need to do ceiling too pls. Thank you
