Repaint Villa

We have a timber villa that needs repainting. It is single storey: on 1 side floor level is 0.5m above ground (approx 3.6m to eaves), on other side floor level 2.4m above ground (approx 5.6m to eaves). Mixture of bevel backed and rusticated weatherboards. Prefer to use Resene paints to Resene specs, brush applied (not sprayed). We will want a change of paint colour for all surfaces. Windows on north and west side is worse condition than those on east and south.
