Interior paint touch-up
Job description
We need “touch up painting” in a number of rooms in our house. A couple things drive the need to get the work done: (1) To paint over recent plastering work, which was needed due to the house be re-wired and removing curtain rails. The plasterer did a few extra touch ups of other holes in the wall. (2) The paint in the kitchen is flaking from historical ventilation and moisture issues. (3) Replacing the oven has revealed stains from the previous oven. We don’t want to repaint the entire interior as we are planning renovations, but want the house to feel a bit less work in progress! Paint-matching is an important part of the job, given the nature of the work. Photos and floor print attached. Steve, Scotty and team did a great job to a very high standard. The site was left tidy at the end of each day and the job was completed in line with the schedule and costs initially indicated. The job was at the upper end of the estimate due to some complexities, but Steve managed expectations well and made sure the quote had scope for the potential complexities. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing painting and would definitely use them again.
