Sand ceiling and paint room
Job description
Needing someone to quote completing this room for us. Room has been plastered on the walls and sanded. Just needs to be painted. We have the paint ready to go. Ceiling has flaking areas so either needs to be scraped / sanded, plastered and sanded before painting. Could be a great small job to fit in between other jobs. We were going to do this ourselves, but are going overseas and just run out of time. Room is 3.6m long, 3m wide and 2.7m high

Brian helped with plastering and painting in one of the rooms of our 100+ year old character villa which had significant surface cracks and paint flaking along the walls / ceiling and we're absolutely delighted with the end result. Brian was both on time and on budget and always did what he said he'd do. Further to this, he has great communication skills, strong work ethic, attention to detail and quality of work and was always an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the project.
