Restain large house Remuera

5 bedroom 2 storey house needs re-staining (2 years after original coat - some areas staring to crack). - 2 coats need to be applied - Important a quality job is done (no mess afterwards please). - Some scaffolding on site - I will supply the stain - (brand - resene pitch black) Photos attached here - if you have some experience and could let me know approx hourly rate and come around to price the job that would be appreciated.
