Mt Albert Windows

This is a brick and Tile block. There are four sets of windows on the front that are easy to reach and four sets on the rear that will need a ladder . I rent to Kiangaora NZ and am only responsible for the exterior. So it is only the exterior side of the windows to be done. I have the paint and will supply. I am not sure on the time frame of when this building will be renovated or demolished . Therefore I want try to preserve the existing wooden widow frames but don't want to waste money on getting the windows back to pristine condition. Therefore I will want the windows prepared and where needed taken back to wood and undercoat applied, then 1 coat primer and 2 final coats.
