Paint 3 bedroom house

Looking to paint 3 bedroom house (excluding bathroom), from the skirting board (inclusive) upwards. Also removal of existing wallpaper and then painting. Bedrooms to be different colours. We would like to live in the house 50% of the time, and will leave the house if the smell gets too strong. Looking to start with living room and kitchen (after moving furniture into bedrooms), then looking to paint the bedrooms (after moving all furniture to the living room).
