Prepping and painting interior and exterior door and window frame
Job description
Window / door approx 3mx2m Looking for likely resealing around windows and good quality painting job. Wood condition is adequate, has not been painted in many years it seems! We would love someone to give us a quote, can be flexible with timing but hoping to do it before new floors go in which is in the next 3 weeks. Thanks in advance! I can provide photos later today if that would be helpful

Disappointingly, Gordon under quoted the job so the price went up quite a lot, we negotiated it down a bit which Gordon was understanding of. However, perhaps due to this, the finishing touches weren't completed and we had to do ourselves (removing painters tape and neatening edges). Gordon was kind and professional, and despite the little bits we are happy with the end product. It's just a shame about the initial underquote.

"I am confused and surprised at this review. The last communication with this client, they had commended me on a 'great job' and to 'don't worry about it' when I had explained over the phone the seal I painted on Saturday needed to be fully dry before the final clean up on Monday. I do acknowledge that the re-quote should have been established on the onset before doing any work so I did not hesitate to reduce the price because, as always, I strive to priotise the best outcome for the client."
