We own a two storey townhouse, and the exterior requires fresh coat of paints. It's a 5 bedroom house with a floor space of 187m2. Ideally, we want the paint to last another 10-15 years, and we know that scaffold is required for this job. We are looking for someone who has a good reputation with reasonable cost. We also don't want the job to drag for over a month, and want to utilise the steady hot summer weather to get the job done.
