50's single-level weatherboard house
Job description
1950's weatherboard two-bed single level house. External paintwork, on the whole is in good condition, except for the rear and one side elevation, including window frames and external double doors. In addition the front door and step require a repaint. The house has a chimney which, if possible, should be repainted. Interior: the floor of kitchen/diner is in need of sanding, restaining and/or varnishing.

Excellent work, and reliable. Ensured I was familiar with every stage of the external house-painting process, and materials to be used, before I accepted the quote. Once on the job briefed me on progress at the end of every day and explained what work was to be completed the following day.
