Room 5 ceiling

This small room had a leak which has ruined wallpaper on the ceiling. House recently re-roofed. Ceiling needs repapering and painting white. There is built-in furniture so not much floor space for stepladder. Need tradesperson with long arms! I am presently in Whangarei and house is in Auckland so unable to do precise measurement but estimate 200cmx180cm. Hope can be done this week between tenants but not essential. No ceiling photo but will upload one of room
