Little tiling, sanding and painting before Christmas

Major remodel took longer then planned, everyone is buggering off for the holidays. Would like get a small area in the kitchen wall tiled (about 1.5/2m), the rest painted ( kitchen is 6m total, so not much), the bath sanded and painted, the toilet sanded and painted (total 4m). Sat, Mon, and Tues. open to do the work. Ideally before Christmas, but certainly before the end of the year. Who's keen for a bit of Xmas money? Will pay the night of the finish of the job, or your portion.
