Prepare and paint all exterior windows, doors and frames. + upper level dormers

We have retrofit double glazing to all 38 windows in our 2 story, 1930's house. At least 2 of the upstairs windows will require a painting platform, others have flat roofs to stand on. Because we may have to scaffold. we will also paint the small amount of house around those upper windows at the same time. Notes: * I would like the colour to be matched to the roof colour (as it currently is). * Some of the wood is damaged/rot and will be repaired but not sanded before you start. * Water drainage holes under double glazed windows must not be filled. * There is internal painting to do too, and that can be quoted separately for later date. * If is not significantly more we may consider whole house paint * The outside is the priority as some of the colonial bars are only primed. So we want this done within a months or 2. * The house has been commercially washed. * I will be comparing two quotes before proceeding with the work.

I'm a 2 man team brothers and have a builder that works along side us when needed. Also over the years we found if I need a house washed properly before painting it's best if we do it ourselves so we also wash houses and roofs.
