Interior painting 2BR apartment

We need the interior (walls and ceiling) of our apartment painted in white, excluding the bathroom. The job isn't urgent and we're flexible to find a time once the lockdown is lifted. We just moved in and while it already has a coat of paint, it's very tired with a number of stains and bumps. The apartment has 70SQM floorspace (excludes bathroom) and I've roughly measured the walls at 114SQM. This measurement includes the stairway. We're not sure whether we want the trim done or if we'll do it ourselves, but would love to know the costs of both the options. We'd also like to know how long the job will take, can we sleep in the house the same night as painting, and whether our furniture is protected / insured for damage.
