"Thank you for your review - Sorry if you feel aggrieved by the cost of the work - in brm 1 you wanted the paper to remain,I sealed the existing wallpaper with oil based sealer prior to wallpapering, Brm 2 the wallpaper had been stripped by you but required a good deal of preparation which involved removing all of old paste - the surface was in poor condition I had to hang lining paper prior to hanging the wallpaper:Total cost Lab $1430 Mat $151 + GST very reasonable for amount of work done"
