This is invite to renovate exterior paint of the complex of 4 townhouses located in Greenlane Auckland. The townhouses have common walls between them and create single 4 storey building. The scope also includes renovation of paint on columns and wall of entrance gate facing the street. Parts of the house complex building have weatherboard cladding and don't require paint renovation. The painting scope includes only renovation of stucco cladding. The contractor shall allow for scaffold to access the upper floors. Site visit prior to quote can be organized upon request . Please quote your price and availability as long as planned duration (start to finish ) of the work. Thank you !

The contractor abandoned job. He has very poor communication skills . The contractor fails to plan the work days ahead and doesn't communicate the plan to the client . The cost estimate given by contractor appeared to be inaccurate . As a result contractor asked for more money. The contractor left work incomplete.

"We did not abandon the job. You were in charge of the scaffold and cherry picker. If your neighbour didn’t let us use your driveway to park cherry picker we can’t do much about that. The fact that you told us you spoke with him and he gave you permission and then we were told we can’t use the driveway. Acesss was not our job, we are painters and of course we can’t finish three story town house without acesss. Your idea of using long ladder is not safe practice."
