Stain cedar house & paint coloursteel roof

Please provide an estimate of the labour costs for re-staining my cedar house and re-painting the coloursteel roof. Preparation included but paint/stain excluded. House is 2 storeys, 180m2. Likely that I will change the colour of the stain to lighter than the current colour so it will need at least two coats. Will also want two coats on the roof. Thanks
