HY - Andersaint Painting
Job description
We manage apartment buildings and require painters for carrying out touch-up's and maintenance painting. The first job is 2 small foyers, 2 hallways and 4 doors. We want this work to happen in October. It's likely a 1 day job. The building is located in Newmarket and is a residential apartment complex. You must have PI insurance and have all the relevant H&S documentation to be considered for this job. Ideally we want to use the same painter for all touch ups on the other buildings we manage too - so this job is the first one of an ongoing relationship. You need to have completed similar jobs to a high standard and have a good knowledge of paint finishes and ba able to give us sound advice on the best paints to use. Surface preparation and protection of the areas you are working in is also very important. And if all that wasn't too much to ask for, it would also be great if you are easy to get along with, have good availability to fit in our small jobs and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
