Painting - Finishing and tidying up

We would like painting finished in a downstairs bedroom - approximately 35m2. Walls have been done and only first coat done on ceiling and needs to be tidying up and completed along with the gloss along skirting boards, window sill etc. A stain is required to address marker pen that's come through the paint. We also have other areas of the house that require finishing - ceiling in downstairs lounge and kitchen, as well as other areas as needed.
