Rood tidy up and paint
Job description
We have a roof in average/reasonable condition that needs a tidy up. There is some lichen and growth that needs removed and a coat of paint that needs to be applied. Around 120sqm. Very low roof pitch so easy to work on. Single level house, but property slope make is quite high on one side of the house. Looking to be completed asap.

Lets start with saying my roof looks great! The job was completed and its technically completed well. Several sheets were replaced which was excellent. The downside was that they didn't complete the job as quoted *first time*. The quote was explicitly for 1 based coat and 2 top coats. The job was marked as completed with only 1 top coat applied. I needed to convince them to return and do the last coat. This left a disappointing flavor to the job.
