Repair paint and plaster to prepare for new carpet

3-level townhouse is to be re-carpeted so need timber work to be exposed through cutting back existing carpet, cleaning, preparing and painting the skirting boards. Other work needed: ceiling in entry and on L2 stairwell. Ledges and surrounds of aluminium windows. Corners eg stairs and some walls have been banged to show metal corner protector - match paint-patch up? Some apartment movement cracks to be filled and match-painted. Furniture to be moved - I can't help sorry. Off-street parking available
