Interior painting in bungalow - 1 room plus 3 ceilings
Job description
Interior painting required for a family room (approx 6.5m x 4.2m). Half of room had insulation injected into the walls today, hence the drop cloths and 'measles' look in photo 2. The plaster applied needs sanding back and and a small skim coat. Ceiling will only need washing before painting, and windows are in good condition. The paint will need to include an anti-mould additive as the lack of insulation has caused some mould build-up. The paint is Resene to match the rest of the house. We also need a bedroom ceiling painted (approx 3.5m x 4m), and two smooth bathroom ceilings (approx 2.25m square).
