Spray painting House wall
Job description
We need 2 coats of silver spray paint on a first floor zincalume wall facing the street. Area to be sprayed is only 14m2. Zincalume needs to be cleaned first and windows to be taped up. Painter needs to have ladders or temporary scaffolding to do job. I can provide the paint.

Very good communication, good workmanship, reasonable pricing and excellent time management (great to see a tradesman arrive when they say they will). Sam does have a bartering style of negotiating which reminds me of being overseas more than being in NZ. Many immigrants bring this style with them though, so just make sure you have all the costs very clearly nailed down if you want to minimise the bartering but I would recommend him.
