Heritage Apartment
Job description
Walls and ceilings (no windows) to be painted in an apartment located in the Heritage Hotel, 35 Hobson St (old Farmers Building). 3.2m high stud. Apartment is 1 bedroom but approximately 90m2. Want everything painted in the same colour (alabaster). One very small wall in the bathroom (less than 1.5m2) may need scraping back and sealing but all the rest will probably only need a light sand. A car park is available for the duration of the work.

Kroydon and his team did a fantastic job of painting our apartment. Throughout the whole job, Kroydon was in communication with us and we can't recommend him and his team highly enough. We obtained 3 quotes for our job. They were the cheapest by a very small margin but they impressed us with getting the quote back to us on the same day as they inspected the job.
