Interior painting
Job description
Our stairwell, kitchen / lounge and mezzanine level need painting. I suspect this will require the use of scaffolding because of the height of the ceiling (please see photos). It's a little hard to measure the size because of the layout of the room, but the highest point of the ceiling is 3.9metres from the floor, and the main footprint of the floor is 7.9x 7.8m. We're looking for someone who would be able to do this work sometime in the first quarter of 2017.

We had an excellent experience with Carlos and Smart Property - everything was completed to a really high standard, they were polite and friendly, and managed our pretty challenging ceiling (lots of angles and over stairs) with no problems and no complaints. They are highly recommended and we would definitely go to them again!
