We had an internal leak down one wall in our dining room and the room needs to be re-finished and repainted. There is plaster damage including some of the taping in the corners lifting off from underneath the plastering and skimming. I would say that the original plastering was not adequately sealed before painting previously. Not sure how extensive the re-finishing work will be but I think it may involve re-taping, plastering and skimming, prior to sealing and re-painting. Would prefer a really good result rather than a rush job. The room has a slightly vaulted ceiling but not a high stud (max of 2.6m). The room is empty and everything has been taken off (including light fittings). All paint has been washed, bleached, rinsed and sanded as I was planning on repainting this room myself but I know when a job is beyond me! Consequently we already have the (Resene) paint, including sealer. There is very little wall as the room has a large window and 2 sets of bi-fold doors but the roof is extensive. The room is 4.2m by 3.3m. We can fit around other jobs but would really like the job finished before Christmas if possible.

Coco did a masterly job of both the plastering and painting. He's a quick worker and a pleasure to have around.
