Jon Paul did a fantastic job. However, when we called him back to touch up a few little things, he said he would and then didn't turn up twice and didn't call. It was Easter and we understand that he wanted to be finished and have a holiday; but the lack of the tiny bit of finishing ruined what had been a fantastic working relationship so far, and a very professional paint job (apart from a few tiny things like paint scraping off the bottom of doors and around window frames after a week). Shame really... April 2008
