Hi - we have an exterior concrete staircase. 12 steps. Each step 2.5m long and about 25cm deep. We would like the existing surface cleared of loose paint and prep’d ready for us to apply new paint. We will probably do the repaint ourselves but need help with the prep. Thanks so much.
