Exterior repaint of wooden parts of mainly brick house. 1950's house, with attic room, 191 sqm, existing exterior paint in fair condition with paint around the windows peeling off. Concrete Tile Roof (type: perfect) is a thin tile so unable to walk around on roof to paint.
