Wallpaper and Interior Painting needed

I've recently moved into an older house and would like to redo the wallpaper and also paint some sections. I'm looking for someone to come out and quote me on a couple of different options. Option 1. Remove wallpaper in the whole house (including kitchen and bathroom), add new wallpaper to 4/5 feature walls, paint other walls (with possible architectural elements added, like a picture rail in two rooms). Option 2. Remove wallpaper in loungeroom, 2 offices and main bedroom, add new wallpaper to 3/4 feature walls and paint the rest (with possible architectural elements added, like a picture rail in two rooms). I'd love to have this work done in January-March 2023.
