Remove a Wall

There is a wall between my living room and dining room, which I would like to remove. The wall is marked with red circles in the provided photos. The dining room is at a higher level than the living room (77cm). I would also like to move the current staircase joining between the living room and dining room to the place near by the main door, where the wooden box is currently located. I need the job to be done around May. Thank you
