Separation and bracing of conjoined tiny house to prep for move with hiab

Job description

Building Relocation
Waipa

We are in the process of separating our two tiny houses which are held together by screws under the floor and below the ceiling. This will require someone to unscrew the buildings and ensure there are no fasteners remaining using a sabre saw as there may be smaller screws hidden away. Before the work begins it may be useful to brace the buildings by adding in diagonal bracing from the house to the ground to make sure the two buildings don't separate once the screws are removed. After removing the screws that join the building, new bearers will need to be screwed under the floor in preparation for the buildings to be moved onto new piles.
