Playhouse Lift #2

Needing to get a playhouse lifted into a backyard and i dont have enough strong people to do it. I was thinking of getting a small crane in but i would need an operating license im sure. Dimentions of playhouse are 1700H x 2350L x 1530W all at longest points. I dont know the weight of it. It took 4 strong ppl to get it on the trailer, but couldnt lift as high as a picket fence and over. Not interested in dismantelling the fence and putting it back.. i built it, but dont have the time to deal with that too. Pre xmas time frame. Any advice would be appreciated.
