We have a 1950's weather board bach located at Whangaparaoa which has open plan living,3brms and laundry/bathroom area. Overall size approx 75sqm. It has been redecorated throughout including new carpet 12 months ago. Is there anyone who maybe interested purchasing it from us and removing it from the site. We are open to offers and would want it removed in early May.
